Luis and his staff are amazing and were exceptional at keeping in contact and answering all questions in a timely and professional manner! Even when I called and changed the guest count numerous times(went from 60 to 110) Luis said no problem we will make it happen! And he did!!!

The food... Hip Tacos are the BOMB! We started with the grilled chicken taco (the most traditional of the three) it was packed full of spices that left you wanting more.... The Sangria Shrimp taco was next... the first one was amazing but the shrimp was out of this world good!!! The third choice was a Tri Tip Taco with mashed potatoes, served on a flour tortilla, and drizzled with a Sangria glaze reduction... All I can say is that it will be years before my tongue will recover from the delightfully explosive flavors it experienced! I love Tacos and Hip Taco made my Taco fantasy come true...

The Bar.... Their Margarita bar was the hit of the party... Five different flavors from Traditional to Cucumber Jalapeño, and my personal favorite the Mango Ginger! Every Cocktail was hand muddled! NO PRE MIX with Hip Taco! Made on the rocks and with fresh fruit they were off the chart good!

I used Hip Taco for my fatherinlaws 90th birthday and with half the guests coming from Mexico I was concerned that the food would be disappointing compared to their local cuisine...IT WASN'T! They loved every bite! Thank you Hip Taco, Luis, and your entire staff for making our celebration deliciously perfect and one that will not be forgotten any time soon!
